Shipping policy

We will endeavor to timely ship all products purchased from our store to the Buyer's address provided during checkout using such common carriers and/or delivery services and according to such terms of shipment as we decide in our sole discretion. If the Buyer, at Buyer's sole cost and expense, desires to use a certain delivery service or ship such products pursuant to certain terms of shipment, then we will endeavor to work with such delivery service and according to such terms of shipment to accommodate Buyer's desires.

All shipments of product shall be FOB Hamden, CT. Since the actual delivery of such shipment is outside our control, once we deliver the products to the carrier / delivery service, all risk of loss passes to Buyer and we make no guarantees as to delivery by a certain date or in any particular condition, and Buyer shall address all such issues with such carrier / delivery service. We will use good faith efforts to work with Buyer and the carrier / delivery service to assist Buyer in resolving such issues.
