⚠️ A Quick Note on Case Compatibility

SteadyStraps® Brand grip straps work great with most standard smartphone cases—but not all. We want you to love your strap from the start, so here’s what to know:

🛠️ Our straps work best with full perimeter cases containing all 4 sidewalls that are firm / rigid and are in good shape, they hold the phone securely, and are not broken, cracked, or stretched.

🛠️ Our straps are NOT compatible with:

⚠️ Waterproof or fully sealed cases since the ports are blocked.

⚠️ Privacy window cases where there is a sliding or flip window covering the camera port. (Clear lens covers that fit over all the lenses in one piece (typically used with iPhones) that are separate from the case and fit through the camera port are usually fine.)

⚠️ Ultra-soft silicone or bendable gel cases as they may flex under strap tension.

⚠️ Open top and/or bottom edge cases and 3-sided cases (often used on foldable phones) don’t provide enough support for the strap and case connection with the phone.

⚠️ OtterBox® Commuter Series® cases, as this 2-part case has 4 full sidewalls made of a flexible rubber material and a firm / rigid outer shell that only partially covers each of the sidewalls. Therefore, this case design, especially those designed for the iPhone, do not provide sufficient support for the strap and case connection with the phone. OtterBox® Defender Series® and Symmetry Series® cases typically work fine with our straps.

⚠️ Older cases that may have stretched or cracked over time through use (drops, rough handling, etc.) and don’t hold as securely to the phone as when they were in better shape.
